Self-Collection: In the event of self-collection, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product once it leaves our warehouse premises. This means the company will not be held liable for any damage or issues that may occur during transport or handling after the product has been collected. Delivery Services (paid): For customers who prefer delivery services, we ensure that your order is handled with care and delivered to your specified location under our responsibility until it reaches you. The carrier will contact you to coordinate arrival. Delivery Time: Up to 30 working days for processing and delivery, unless mentioned otherwise in the product page.
Installation	Depending on the type of product, the Company will provide assembly and installation services exclusively through authorized assemblers on behalf of the Company. Self assembly is optional. It is hereby clarified that self-assembly or installation, or the use of an installer or assembler not authorized by the Company (including relocation to a different location), shall constitute grounds for canceling the warranty period granted for the product or furniture in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The product comes with hanging accessories and can be mounted without the Company’s assistance.
Warranty	The Company is responsible for the quality of the product for one year from the date of purchase. The Company shall have sole discretion regarding the method of repair. In cases where the repair must be carried out at the Company, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, or the customer shall deliver the product to the Company for the purpose of repair. The warranty applies only if the product has been maintained in accordance with the general guidelines on the Company’s website. The warranty does not apply in cases of breakage or physical damage to the product.
Environment	The product is made of plastic materials and must be transported, stored, located, and handled at temperatures between 0–40 °C and in dry conditions.
